Privacy Policy

Durri does not collect, store, or share any personal data about you. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs.

What stays on your device

Your selected mosque, your saved mosques, your settings, and each mosque's cached timetable are stored only on your device. They are never transmitted to us — we do not operate any server that receives them.

Network requests

To show prayer times, Durri fetches mosque-published timetables from the MAWAQIT open network (mawaqit.net). When you search for a mosque, your search text — or, if you choose “Find mosques near me,” your approximate location coordinates — is sent to mawaqit.net solely to return matching mosques. Durri does not store this. MAWAQIT's own handling of those requests is governed by their policies. Durri is an independent app and is not affiliated with MAWAQIT.

Location

Location access (while using the app) is optional and used only to (1) find mosques near you and (2) orient the Qibla compass from where you stand. Your location is used on the device in the moment and, for “near me” search, sent to mawaqit.net to find nearby mosques. It is not saved or profiled.

Notifications

Prayer notifications are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data leaves your device and no push server is involved.

Children

Durri collects no data from anyone, including children. It is rated 4+.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated date above will change with it. Durri's commitment not to collect your data will not.
